file divorce in kitsap or King county?

she is living in kitsap but i live in king.  Should a man file in kitsap versus king county? is there less bias there becaseu they are not so liberal democrat like here in king county? by the way i live in south king county.

i really can't say about the opinions of the judges way out there. a long time ago i did a couple divorce hearings out there, including a contempt motion. 

if she absconded with the kids and disrupted their daily activities you need to jump on that and get evidence of it.  the courts here will see that, and they will hold the other party accountable regardless of whether they are a father or mother.

on the other hand, i have to be frank: some judicial officials have different opinions than others. so you should try to find a lawyer in kitsap also perhaps and discuss with them.

but if the kids have been living here you should file promptly here. don't let her bog you down out there or get the ball in her court.  no, you should most likely file here in king county.

remember this is off the cuff advice and you can take it or leave it, the best thing is to relay all of your circumstances to an attorney.
