I am overseaas.... can we do this through your law office just through email /regular mail/fax signatures or whatever and NO COURT APPEARANCE???

Yes.  If you hire me I can process your divorce completely from here while you are overseas.  I prepare the papers, email them to you, you print them on your end, sign them, send them to your spouse, she signs and mails them back to.  I then handle all filings with you making no court appearance, just provide a mailing address for me to send the final divorce decree.  i do this for military cases all the time.
