immigrant marriage

I am married to an immigrant that has never lived in US, never filed immigration papers and has no SSN. We owned a house in a nother country and sold it approximately 4 years ago, money was dispersed to both accounts (I substantially got more) and since selling the home we have not lived together. He is retired and did not provide to any assets in the US, just provided his retirement assets to his retirement account. Because I am a resident in Washington I would like to file for divorce he is claiming he is going to go after all assets and the money that was from the sale of the international home. What is the best way to file for divorce. I am willing to pay $300 maintenance support to him only. (he won't agree on that he wants substantial amount money). I really don't think he deserves anything except a divorce. I just would like to get it over with. He won't contest the divorce. He just feels he is entitled to more money from the sale of the home in 2003, that was done by legal document. I would really like to know the best way to go forward on this divorce, try and just provide what the courts require us to provide. I just don't like giving away alot of my assets and putting down on documentation to him what is mine, and how much I have made in the pass few years, so he can maybe get more money. Need some good advice here. The best way to proceed.
