This is probably an extremely silly question to which the answer will be 'no you cannot'. However! I just wanted to make sure and didn't know who to ask.

I was married over there to my now separated husband who lived in Seattle at the time and is an American citizen (i am not).. we have since both moved overseas.. are we able to fly back and process a divorce back there? (the local divorce procedures in this country are horrible and take a minimum of 3 years!).
