he signed a joinder, now he wants more

I filed for divorce in Dec.'08. We came to agreement on property and debt divisions and he signed joinder on the Petition for dissolution. As the court date got closer, he decided not to sign filings of fact, or decree of dissolution. And showed up at court with a lawyer. The judge gave a continuance. But now husband is wanting me to pay for more then he agreed on, and he wants more of the property division he agreed on. He then sold a trailor we jointly bought, but he had possession of (as agreed in the petition he could have). And wants me to pay half for a credit card which is in his name that was used before and during marriage (even purchases he made for his mistress). I guess my question is, if he signed a joinder, isn't that binding? And if not, shouldn't I get half of the money from the sale of the trailor? And how does a judge divide credit card bills, when he has no reciepts of items bought, only statement from card company showing where purchases were made. I have reciepts showing items he bought for his mistress (that he doesn't know I have) and letters to her saying he was going to buy her gifts every chance he got. So shouldn't he have to prove what items were bought for the marriage in order for it to be divided? Sorry for such a long post. But since all this, I lost my job, has been in hospital, and car blew up. I am broke and can not afford an attorney. But really need some advice or answers. Thankyou
