Along the lines of my last question I would absolutely love you guys if you cuold tell me the basic differences?  I need to separate financially NOW!  Thanks.

Hey JP.  A legal separation can be completely nullified if the husband and wife start living together again.  Where as this is not the case with a divorce.  You can start with a legal separation and convert it to a divorce really easily.  You have to let 6 months go by.  You can get a legal separation imediately and their is no 90 waiting period.
