appealing a decree of dissolution

there was a verbal agreement regarding my pets and i have yet to get them from my ex. i was wondering if i have any recourse in getting them. is it at all possible to appeal the decree even though the divorce has been finalised by both my ex and i and the courts?

i've done obscure motions where i obtain a "writ of replevin" to obtain a safe of old vietnam rifle's and other memorabilia.... it was about $1250 plus various court and server fees and the sheiriff's fee even at the end of the day (70bucks) total costs to 3rd partis 300 or so .. total 1600 bucks...

... it worked we got the guns and safe back... costly though.. too bad the decree did not mention them b/c then it would be the much simple avenue of a run of the mill contempt motion... see my site for those...
