After 8 years of waiting!!!!
QuoteReply

I originally filed for divorce in 2002 and he contested it illegally (didnt serve me properly and was very close to deadline) but the judge allowed it and then he procrastinated on everything that the judge deemed we had to do.....I let the filing dissolve. Since then I have asked him to sign so we can get it done by mail in Lincoln County which he said he will do but when I call to make arrangements he never answers or is never available. This is the 2nd time I have paid to have paperwork processed and I am ready to file once again this time in Pierce County and do it the hard way.....it has been 8 yrs I do not have a complete address on him, child support (which he is in his 2nd contempt charge) is addressed through Support Enforcement, we have no property, we never had any bills in our names combined-he had his and I had mine, nothing was never joint with the exception of our children and he has chose to disregard them. What are my options? I do not have the time nor the money to hire a lawyer and go to court. Last time I was in court every month due to him being ignorant and fighting for nothing. How do I serve him without knowing his complete address (which he will not give me)? I want my divorce it will be 8 years this March and I would like to completely move on with my life (meaning get married to a wonderful man that I met 3 years ago and through thick and thin has been by my side). Any advice is helpful.....what options do I have?
