We are about 18 weeks along in a pregnancy with our first child.  The strange thing is , I have only been home for 14 weeks. Other then that, we are headed in the direction of divorce wether either of us want to admit itor not.  My questions are 1: Since we got married in Alaska, is that where we would need to file? Or, being military with a residency of Washington, would we start there? 2: Being military with Washington and society being biased towards the mother, would I have ANY chance at getting custody?
