Quote Reply No, she is completely wrong for doing this.  I recommend documenting some of the contempts as well as gathering other evidence perhaps witnesses and then filing contempt.  However, don't go into court the first time this happens.  Document a pattern and lump them all into one contempt motion.  That way your chances of winning go up, and you do not consume an overly large amount of the court's time.
