As an experienced attorney who has done numerous trials in all areas of family law I want to say up front that I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING A TRIAL WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY.  However, for real do-it-yourselfers, and those who just can not afford an attorney, please discuss away to your heart's content, this is a free board.

one thing to remember is that I do offer some coaching in this area for pro se family law click here

This is a legal DISCUSSION board, legal discussion IS NOT legal advice. No liability whatsoever will be taken for actions based on the discussion found herein. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP IS FORMED THROUGH POSTING OR REPLYING ON THIS BOARD. To hire an attorney you can go to Seattle Divorce Attorney - Washington Divorce Lawyer
