with Kids OR without kids?

is it true that the parenting seminar is mandatory in all cases that have children even where there is no disagreement whatsoever?  I don't feel it is necesary for either of us to take this class when we have an uncontested case.  by the way kudos on this discussion board and i will refer any other cases, thanks again!!!!

this is another reason you should use me to do your divorce, especially if you have kids (lol, ;)) , if you file in king county you must attend a parenting seminar (you can get the sign up forms on the second floor of the king county courthouse) please understand your divorce will NOT be finished until you complete that.  However, certain counties outside of king county do not have this requirement.  so I comply with those requirements and my clients avoid a court hearing and any necessity of taking any seminar whatsoever and do not have to appear in court!!!!  The packet for king county divorces is $35 and it has all the instructions, the parenting seminar here is a link to both the seminar and the sign up forms and times.  again, you do not have to do this if you hire me as your attorney.
