King vs. Other Counties- time till trial
QuoteReply
So, basically: if you file in King county the trial date is set about one year out, which is a long wait, but in other counties the time is different.  Has any one refiled their case in another county just to get a sooner trial date?  and if so how did you do it and what were the timelines?  thanks

Yes, king is quite long.  Last time I check in snohomish you could get a trial date 4-5 months from the point of filing but, don't hold me to that as the times change.  you better ask around. I will ask a friend and repost when I get a chance.

But the short answer is yes you do get quicker times to trials in other counties.
