Which military pays count as income in relation to calculating child support obligation? Namely, Hazardous Fire Pay (HFP), Imminent Danger Pay (IDP), Cost of Living Allowance (COLA). Honestly the first two I only get because I am in an area that I really stand the chance of getting my butt blown up or kidnapped, and I only get those while I am here (1 year), DHHS can't count those two can they?
The tricky one is COLA, I only get that for the year I am here too, and it flucuates every 3 months dependent on the strength or weakness of the dollar. Can ya help a brother out? i am trying to settle this nicely with her out of court but, these are "sticky points".
