I understand the best interest of the child but what about fathers got taken away rights and left behind who has a non biological daughter that born during marriage and raised the child all the way until she is 4 years old? is age limit of the child matters when there is bonding with the non biological father when this father raised and love her as her own? He is crying out for help? who could help this man to win visitation or non custodian parents rights? or de facto parents.
