When A man who turn out to be the Biological father taken a DNA test and claim in legal documents to the petitioner/father non biological never raised the child since birth and not the best interest of the child when the petitioner had been only the father of the child known since the divorce and has evidence like birth certificate, documents, pictures, etc. Only the petitioner is asking fair and best interest of the children due to three children involved. the child is in the middle.
Could this Father/Biological be in perjury?
